Loan App Are Coming After Me When I Have Paid

No too much talk here, I have evidence.... I collected a loan of 7k to pay 8980.74 in 14days which was due yesterday 28th May 2024. The payment for the loan was automatic, it was initiated by the app because I put my card details on the app, it was initiated by 4am on Tuesday 28th May. This payment didn't reflect at all, I contacted them, they said 24hrs. By 9pm on the same day another debit was initiated by the app, I believe because the first debit hasn't reflected.
