My Wife Who Sells Online Was Scammed Of #53k

I need help on tracking a scammer who made away with my wife's 53k.He sent a fake alert script to my wife prompting her to allow the rider to drop off goods.Yes, I agree my wife might have been a little bit naive, but I would want to get to this guy if there is a way I could.He still picks my wife's calls but keeps playing her.Is there a way I could track the scammer through his phone number?Kindly help a brother as my wife has been crying.Thank you.
