Help! My Worker Absconded With My Money

She resumed work yesterday after the Christmas break. Around 10:23am, she sent me text she's not feeling fine and needed to go home for treatment.Being the head of her department,I told her to hold on till I get the office, which she did. When I arrived, I told her to go the hospital she is using as her HMO but she insisted on going home so she was permitted to go.I instructed my secretary to call to check up on her which she did and discovered she traveled via night bus to the East, Anambra State particularly. I then called her 3 times without her picking up the calls. Put a call accross to her guarantor who informed me they are on their way to Anambra. The guarantor was surprised she didn't inform me of their journey which was slated for this morning (31st December). The matter has been reported at the police station. She left with a total of 3.6M in possession.What other action will you advise me to take?
