Fraudulent Debit

Good morning Nairalanders,I'm in pains right now.I went to hospital on Monday because I was very sick. Some drugs were prescribed for me. I needed to get money for the drugs.So I went to use the Access Bank ATM at Obalende but it was out of service. Opposite the bank was a POS girl. So I withdraw 10,200 and had a balance of 4,330 in my account.Yesterday i saw that my account was reading 1330 Book balance 4,330.I just woke up now to see that 3,000 was debited, 1,500 in two places.I never authorized the debit.What could have happened?The beneficiary is UBER...Lagos Island. I have never ordered any UBER. beforeWho could be this heartless to remove the last money in my account?Note that nobody has access to my PINPlease what should I do next?
