This Man Is Wanted

I made an investment with him expecting returns, but when he started speaking from both sides of his mouth, I requested my money back. Out of the 100k I invested, he has only given me 20k and said he would pay the balance on the 11th of this month. On the 11th, I did not receive the alert, so I called him and he said he went to his in-laws' place. The following morning, he called and promised to pay the balance last Friday (the 17th), but since then, his three phone lines have been switched off and he is nowhere to be found.
