How Do I Handle ,this Harassment From A Loan App

Some how I got in contact with a loan app in 2022 and ever since we have been doing business together without issues,but right now things are about to get out of hand!I got a loan from them last year 2023 and has been paying without defaulting every month ever since,when I made payment for the month of March I asked an agent from the loan company to check from their end if I have outstandingsl reason being that the loan app is not showing history of loans collected and amount paid,he said there are no outstanding and congratulated me for completing the payment.In April I was contacted by this same loan app that I am supposed to make payment,I told them that until I get history of loan collected and amount paid so far I will not make any payments,they threatened me through their agents and I paid even though I was not happy about itThis month May I have been receiving all manner of threats to me and my relatives that I am supposed to pay again,when I asked for my loan history and money paid so far so that I will be sure I have not overpaid the agents reply has always been we don't have access to itSo pls what am I supposed to do?
