States Should Pass Laws Barring And Deporting Criminals

I believe it's high time for State Police and also additional laws that require any convicted criminal from out of state be barred from entering or residing outside their state of origin.Assuming Chinedu commits a crime in Anambra and us duly convicted. Chinedu must not be allowed into any other state after duly completing his sentence.Assuming also that Chinedu commits a crime in Lagos and is duly convicted and sentenced by a Lagos state high court ,on completion of his sentence , Chinedu must be deported back to his ancestral state of Anambra and barred from ever setting foot out of it.This is one way to curtail recidivism in some states as it will see to deportation of criminals back to their states of origins and forbid criminals convicted in other states from migrating to other states.What do you guys think
