The Vehicle Of A Police Man Was Stolen Yesterday

A Toyota corolla belonging to a police man was stolen yesterday at the place it was packed.The police man packed his vehicle and went inside to see someone and on getting out he could not find it where he packed it He was seen making frantic effort to chase the car.I doubt he installed security tracker in the car because with a security tracker all you need is to use your phone to stop the car from moving.Who will the police man now report the issue to?
