Your Opay Account Is Not Safe

Last year November, I was scammed about 50,000 naira. I sent money to scammers in error and immediately after this money was transferred, I realized they were scammers. The recipient account was Moniepoint while mine was Opay.I contacted Moniepoint and the responded immediately, however, I was advised to reach Opay to send a report to them so they can place the account on hold and commence investigation. I sent several emails, reported via the app, called the customer care and even chatted them on Twitter.Till today the only response I got was on Twitter where they keep stating they will look into it, since November, 2023. Today I checked the app, I noticed they have tagged my report as closed, even without response to me. Please beware of the kind of money you deposit in your Opay account as if anything happens to your money, you are on your own. One would expect them to be very responsive virtually since they don't really have physical offices as the regular bank. Please be informed.
