A TotalEnergies filling station located at Igando in Lagos State has allegedly been forcing its customers to buy meat pies before being allowed to buy fuel.The odd piece of news came to light via a video that trended on Twitter during the weekend of 28 April 2024.The viral video shows several customers with jerry cans and another buyer in an SUV waiting their turn to purchase fuel.The recorder of the video could be heard complaining about the abnormal occurrence.“I don’t understand what is happening at this Total filling station. How on earth will I be asked to buy meat pie before I buy fuel? What sort of rubbish is this?
