What Do I Do About A Female Stalker

Hello guys my next door neighbor is stalking me , I am not show of how to handle it.From eaves dropping when am making calls , following me when I go out to buy stuffs, coming out as soon as she hears me open the door, wearing revealing clothes to seduce me, cooking the same meal that she perceives me cooking, the list is just endless.
