Upon arrival, they found the children bleeding next to their deceased mother.The neighbor explained, "I got a call from the child saying their dad had stabbed them. I immediately went over with other neighbors. The security door was locked, so we had to break in. Inside, we found the kids next to their mother, who was lying in a pool of blood."This incident followed multiple reports from the children about their father's violent behavior, often during fights with their mother.Another neighbor, Sibusiso Nkosi, recounted that the wife had called for help during another altercation. While waiting for the police, the husband fled with the house keys. "We all went home after the police left, thinking he had gone far because we warned him that the police were coming to arrest him," Nkosi said.The police have identified the husband as 41-year-old Mandla Sibiya. They are appealing to the public for any information on his whereabouts and are investigating a case of murder and two counts of attempted murder, with the possibility of additional charges as the investigation continues.
