ARTMA Official Shot Dead After He Stopped A Toyota Sienna With Tinted Glasses

An Official Of The Anambra Road Traffic Management Agency, ARTMA, has been shot dead in Awka, Anambra State.The fatal shooting happened close to a motor park.The ARTMA official was on duty when he stopped a Toyota Sienna vehicle with tinted glasses.
