Where Does Fine And Bail Money Go?

I've never been to court for a case or whatever and I seriously don't pray to be there even as a complainant. I am still wondering where the hefty fines and bail money end up. Let's say Mr A was arrested for damaging Mr B's property and he ended being granted a bail will the money be given to Mr B or it ends up with the Police? How about in law court?
