please don't mind my grammar, I really need help on how to charge him to CourtI was defrauded by a surveyor a few months ago, I have known this surveyor 5 years ago. But the first time I will buy land from him.and this land in particular is their family land and he was put in charge of selling it to buyers.I got him arrested to pay back my money if the land was no more for sale. He kept on lying till I arrested him. Later I got to know he used my money to clear other people he owned. I was unhappy because the police did not help the matter after I arrested him, we made an agreement at the police station but he did not pay still.I need help on how can I charge him to court and what can I do
