Hairplace.ng On Instagram Is A Fraud

So I patronized this girl for the first time. I didn’t want to seem like I was bothering her, so I only paid for one item. I didn’t see any other items I wanted, so I asked her to send my purchase. She quoted me a price for delivery within Lagos. Since I had most of the stuff I got from vendors in Lagos at a particular location and then at a later time I send the items to where I am, I also asked for the price to send it to Abuja. Surprisingly, it was same and Abuja seemed more convenient for me , so I decided to have it sent there since I still had goods waiting. She said it would take 3-4 days. On the 2nd or 3rd day, I reminded her, and she said my item had just been sent. I waited another 3 days; she had initially mentioned 3-4 days. After the specified time had passed, I asked her about it, and she said she would contact the courier. She kept delaying, and when I asked for a refund, she sent me a picture of the Lagos address I had given her previously meaning she was just sending it. I insisted it was supposed to go to Abuja and even provided the address. But she refused to acknowledge me anymore. She restricted my messages and comments. She neither sent the item nor refunded my money. Although the amount is small, I’ve been scammed for much larger sums before. I’ve decided not to let any scammer get away with it.
