A man was arrested on Friday after appearing to carry and eat a body part from someone who was killed by a train in Wasco. A pedestrian was hit by a train at the Amtrak Station in Wasco. According to KBAK, Tellez was arrested on multiple outstanding warrants and for taking evidence from the scene.
