The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has threatened to take court action against Tinubu if he doesn't ensure the release of FirstNews editor, Segun Olatunji.In a write up shared on microblogging platform, X, SERAP stated that failure to have the release of Olatunji within the next 48 hours would result in a court case against the Nigeria President, Tinubu.Posting on X, SERAP wrote: “BREAKING: The Tinubu administration must immediately release Segun Olatunji, editor of FirstNews who was reportedly arrested in Lagos by the military."Journalists should never be arrested for doing their job.
