However proper investigation should be conducted to fish out the perpetrators and also know the root cause of the crime. Collective punishment to a community because or the crime of a few is criminal. There is no justification in fighting crime with crime, especially when the innocent is caught in the crossfire.There are conflicting reports on what actually happened and what led to it. What ever happened does not justify the killing of Soldiers. In thesame vane, does not justify collective punishment on the community.
