Buhari Vs Tinubu.. How Would You Compare Them By IQ And Who Is More Intelligent?

From my observations between tinubu and buhari. I would say Buhari is more intelligent than tinubu. But that doesn’t mean buhari is intelligent either. Both of them are below the IQ ratings of An average intelligent person. Tinubu might be smart but Smartness is different from intelligence or someone with high IQ. Buhari understands Nigeria economy better than tinubu.
