How Could Tinubu Have Influenced The 2023 General Elections?

I don't know if there's a way Tinubu could have influenced the 2023 presidential elections outside using the only thing he had which is APC. He didn't even had the presidency because those ones were busy changing currency and making Nigerian currency very scarce for Nigerians to access and at the same time making fuel scarce to make life hard for Nigerians. Yes, he may have used people like Wike and the likes but that would be because of his bargain with Wike, Obi wooed Wike publicly, he promised to let Wike have the governorship but Wike should allow him win the presidency in Rivers, we saw that kind of thing played out in all SE states. And I mean all 5 states, in the report sheet posted from SE, even APC party agents didn't vote for APC because APC recorded zero votes in most of the results posted online from SE, meaning all the APC supporters and APC polling agents all voted LP, why did that happen? If not rigging I don't know what it is but somehow Obi influenced the votes from SE and massively too. If Northerners didn't vote Atiku 50% another contestants ought to get at least 100,000 votes from SE because of party people.Let not forget that neither Obi nor Atiku came up with numbers in court because they knew they lost the election, they were seeking disqualification base on Educational background, drugs and other irrelevant stuff.
