He served meritoriously until the last minute with General Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu.Her maternal ancestry is Igbo from Ukwuani area in Delta State while her paternal ancestry is Welsh from Wales, UK. She married Philip Effiong from Ibiono Ibom in Akwa Ibom State in 1956. She is survived by her sister and seven children, having lost her first son in 2022.Mah her soul rest in peace. 🤍
