Sit At Home Attacks: Nigerian Army And Its Naivety

It is a disgrace that poorly funded terrorist group will attack Nigerian army killing some soldiers and none of the terrorist was shot dead.This is not the first time it has happened. And the army has not changed their way of operation to avoid such casualties. The only thing they do after each attack is to block roads and force people to raise their hands before passing.What the army should do: Army should know they are targets. Having this at the back of their minds makes them to be aware of threats every minute. Use of snipers: If they decide to have a checkpoint, it is suicidal to put all soldiers in that group in the checkpoint. There should be at least one sniper soldier hiding somewhere close to the checkpoints. If there was an attack, the sniper can comfortably take out some of the terrorists.
