A Federal High Court in Kano has ordered the evacuation of Kano's restored Emir, Muhammadu Sanusi II, from Gidan Rumfa Palace. Justice S. A. Amobeda, who issued the order on Tuesday, May 28, claimed that he made the judgement for the sake of justice and ensuring the maintenance of peace in Kano.
